Really Ruthless
This gentleman served his country well. His home is the ONLY thing he has in the world, and it is very modest. The bank is demanding a payment of $9,097 or he will lose it, and if he loses it he will have nowhere to go.
The bank can't sell it so it will sit empty but HE will be the one suffering.
He has a severe case of arthritis and is completely unable to work to increase his income.
